  • In accordance with Section 10 of the Cruising and Home Port Permit (Amendment) Act, 2025 (No. 14 of 2025), foreign-based vessel operators are required to appoint a local agent in the Virgin Islands to submit licence applications on their behalf. Foreign-based operators should not register or apply directly through this portal.
